Created by Jack MANDARD in 1989, TECH COM celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2004. With 35 people, the company has grown constantly since its creation.

Tech Com's original business was fax routing (Top Mail service). At the time, the objective was to enable wholesalers and manufacturers to establish a very fast system of communication with resellers. At the same time, Tech Com, with certain manufacturers and publishers, built an information base on IT professionals: the compuBase base.

In 1995, Tech Com sold its fax routing business to Xpedite France and concentrated on what has since been its main business: gathering, ranking and marketing information associated with the IT, network and telecoms sectors in various European countries. A business called... compuBase.

The range of compuBase services has expanded and now covers needs in the areas of studies, data-related services and consultation for its various clients.

compuBase views itself as a company with a global calling. Its headquarters are in Europe (France).


Today, compuBase the European leader in economic intelligence in the sector of IT and telecom partners.
